RESEARCH INTERESTS

 

He is interested in the research areas of Internet technology, communication engineering, and intelligent information systems. His current research work focuses on the architectural research and the protocol design for next generation networks. He is a co-author of the IETF “ForCES protocol specifications”, a protocol for Forwarding and Control Element Separation network architecture. He has published more than 50 papers for his research achievements. Weiming Wang is an IEEE Member and IETF ForCES WG ForCES protocol design team member.
